The daughter of the late ‘Aziz Bayg gives power of attorney to pay all of ‘Aziz Bayg's definite debts and resolve other debts through settlements to her uncle, Ja‘far Khan. Power of attorney given by Bibi Agha, wife of the late Karim Khan and the guardian of her underage children, to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin in order to get her rights and any document from whoever claims the guardianship of her children, and to resolve any disputes; the attorney's fee is one-tenth of what she receives.
